Fortune smiled on me when I hired GRM to renovate my home from top to bottom, inside and out to facilitate the sale of the property.
Every wall, a ceiling and a concrete floor were painted very professionally. The entire main floor was replaced and the large deck along the back of the house was painted bringing a lively fresh new look to it. A layer of concrete on my front porch made it look like new again. The path to the front door was replaced and added to mulching of flowerbeds made a huge difference in the curb appeal of the home.
The dedication of the workers and their professionalism was very impressive. This company does excellent work and prices fairly. I have enormous respect for the high integrity of GRM and highly recommend it with no reservations.

We reached out to GRM to help us in completing a basement renovation project. We were keen on saving money where we could so we took on the demo and finishing touches ourselves and left the rest to the experts. They were great a communicating when they would be on site, timelines for the project and were also a great resource for us during the demo phase. They left the space tidy each day and we’re considerate of mess the whole whole through.
Everyone we met were extremely friendly, hardworking and noticeably passionate about their work. It made the process even more enjoyable when we could hear them talking to one another about how good it was looking and could sense their excitement for the process and the finished project. It was never about getting in and getting out as fast as possible and cashing the cheque. They took their time and it shows in the high quality of their work.
I would strongly recommend the team at GRM to anyone taking on a renovation project and am excited to work with them again on future projects in our home.
In early 2022, we hired a very well-reviewed contractor to build a small commercial kitchen in the basement of our residence. As the project progressed, we began to observe that most of his work was below even the most basic construction standards, was sloppy with very poor workmanship and showed very poor attention to detail, and was even dangerous in some aspects.
We let him "finish" the agreed scope and then we began another search for a competent, skilled, ethical contractor. Meanwhile, our food service business sat idle, significantly impacting our income.
In October, 2022, we found GRM and were very happy from the first conversations and meetings with Matt, Gene and Rich. They commenced work in November, 2022. From day 1 GRM's onsite crew "read the room" so well and got the brief: how badly our experience went with the other guy and what GRM could do to fix things - never a fun task.
